Snub Pollard plays a policeman, valiantly failing to control his beat; the residents fight each other behind his back; there's a milkman who's a moonshiner. In an attempt to take control of the 1921 streets the policeman agrees to a boxing match with the bad boy. Loads of jokes throughout.
