This is an 18 certificate movie and rightly so. But don't worry folks we have carefully selected a couple of jokes that don't involve a guy drilling holes into people and blood squirting / oozing out... this really is a hard movie to watch at times... We have two clips here. The first is an incident at the beginning of the movie where you are expecting the drilling to kick off at any moment, but unfortunately in this case it doesn't (watch the clip you'll know what I mean). Then the second clip is of a critic from hell (on a brighter note, and you don't see it in this near PG clip, but he gets his brains drilled out later in the movie...)
