Rosco Arbuckle is the star of this short, Charlie Chaplin takes a very minor role as the referee in the boxing ring - but his performance is memorable and, as the title of the short indicates, there's a knockout - Charlie. Unfortunately this video has a poor image quality, but it's the best I've seen. [Part 2 here]
