Don't let the title put you off this little gem. It's Top Cat but with people. Seriously. If they wanted to make a feature length Top Cat, the Hanna-Barbera cartoon tv series of the 1960's, then this script could have been used, just change the names... A group of slackers work hard at being unemployed... The Admiral in the title is the love interest.
